Genesis Communications Inc. is a Small Business certified company headquartered in Puerto Rico West for more than 20 years. Our Company has provided different types of services within the field of construction, we have trained personnel to perform works in different areas such as building improvements, electrical utilities, aerial and underground utilities construction using different mechanicals underground methods, control and management of vegetation, maintenance of utilities, assessments, installation and supply of specialized and non specialized equipment, debris management, asphalt, among others. In each of these works we have the support and trust of our clients including private, governmental, municipal, and federal entities, successfully completing multiple projects for them. Genesis Communications was among the leading companies during the country’s recovery process to Hurricanes Irma, Maria, Fiona and in the recovery of the damage caused by the earthquakes that occurred in the South area of P.R.

Projects
New Underground Infrastructure with the use of Horizontal Directional Drilling, Open Trench, Bridge Attach and Fiber Optic Installation including the following fiber counts (576,864,288 & 144 RBN Fiber counts) on PR 2 (Aguadilla), PR 115 (Rincón) & PR 402 (Añasco), PR 2 (Lajas, Guánica & Yauco), PR 2 (Aguadilla) & PR 112 (Isabela), PR 2 (Arecibo), PR 129 (Arecibo) & PR 10 (Utuado). In addition, Splicing and Certifications were performed. All with the main objective to improve Puerto Rico’s communications Network.
In major avenues such as Ave. Ponce De León, Ave. Baldorioty de Castro, PR2 and under congested roads throughout the island of Puerto Rico.
New Fiber to the business (FTTB) installation, maintenance, and re installation during outages. Genesis Communications is the current prime for 95% of all new and existing customers under Liberty Business Umbrella.
Infrastructure from existing 750Mhz to 1.2Ghz to satisfy traffic and quality demands. Also, Fiber to the Home (FTTH) installation was performed to meet customer individual customer demands around the Island.
Communications infrastructure re-construction. During the reconstruction, Genesis Communications was the prime of North-West, South-West & Metro reconstruction efforts on the Island of Puerto Rico. Some of the efforts performed are the following:
- Pole Removal/Installation.
- Underground Installation with the use of Trenchers and Horizontal Directional Drilling Machines.
- Installation of Underground flush mounts, pedestals, and manholes.
- Installation of Fiber & Coaxial cables.
- Active & Passive equipment installation.
- Coaxial & Fiber (Single, Multi & Ribbon) Splicing.
- OTDR Fiber Certifications
Liberty of P.R & AT&T -Maintenance and repair of secondary and tertiary roads throughout the Island of Puerto Rico.

- Present: Claro Puerto Rico - We are the Prime Contractors for Claro Puerto Rico on the Island. Our current works include the following: Network Maintenance & Repair, New Gigabit Passive Optical Network Installation to Homes and Businesses, New Fiber Optic Aerial & Underground Installations, Splicing & Certifications, Horizontal Directional Borings, Open Trenches, Micro Trenches, Duct Installations and among other works.
- Present: Liberty Puerto Rico - We are the Prime Contractors for Liberty Puerto on the Island.
